It helps individuals process their emotional wounds, rebuild self-worth, and develop resilience to cope with ongoing challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201cI Can Make It!\u201d Empowerment Program \u2013 Completed<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>\u201cI Can Make It!\u201d Empowerment Program<\/strong> was successfully implemented by <strong>Unity Rainbow Refugees (URR)<\/strong> to support refugees in building self-confidence, resilience, and a positive self-identity.
