As we near the end of the yoga program organized for URR members, funded by UHAI, we can proudly say it has been a successful initiative with a positive impact on everyone involved. The program focused on connecting the body and mind through yoga, helping participants become more aware of their physical and mental well-being. It provided stress relief, enhanced mindfulness, and encouraged personal growth. Many members shared that they felt more at peace and were ready to support others. Overall, the program was impactful, offering both mental and physical benefits, and fostering a stronger, more supportive community.
